Privacy Statement
Pragmax Consulting “Pragmax” hold your privacy in the highest regard. Protection of your data is as important as protecting ours; whereas our ultimate goal is to ensure (beyond compliance requirements) (prevent misuses and abuse of personal data), (prevent personal data breaches, etc.).
Pragmax only processes information for a lawful purpose directly related to an activity of the data user, the processing is necessary for that lawful purpose and the personal data is adequate but not excessive in relation to that purpose.

When do we collect your personal data?

You acknowledge, consent, and agree that Pragmax may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if legally obligated to do so by law, court order, governmental or regulatory authority with jurisdiction over Pragmax, or if Pragmax believes in good faith that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary.
How do we disclose your data?
In the course of our operations, we may need to share your personal data with third-party service providers and other third parties, whether within or outside Malaysia, for one or more of the aforementioned purposes. Where is your data stored?
Your personal data and/or information may be transferred to, stored, or processed outside of your country. Typically, your personal data will be processed abroad, where our servers are situated. Pragmax will transfer your information overseas only in compliance with Privacy Laws.
How can you exercise your right to your personal data?
Withdrawing consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent for the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data processed by Pragmax by submitting your request to our email at razin@pragmaxconsulting.com. The request shall be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and other applicable laws. In handling this request, Pragmax may take reasonable measures to verify your identity and understand the specifics of your request, ensuring that your data rights are appropriately addressed.
However, withdrawing your consent may result in us being unable to continue providing our services to you, which may necessitate terminating our existing relationship and/or contract with you.
If your personal data is shared with any third party, you can also withdraw your consent for this sharing. You may want to review the data protection policies of these third parties for more details.
Requesting access to or correction of personal data
You have the right to access or correct your personal data processed by Pragmax by submitting your request to our email at razin@pragmaxconsulting.com.
The request shall be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and other applicable laws. In handling this request, Pragmax may take reasonable measures to verify your identity and understand the specifics of your request, ensuring that your data rights are appropriately addressed.
We retain the right to decline correcting your personal data under following specified conditions:

The correction request of your personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, appears to be misleading and/or false;

The correction request of your personal data displays intention to manipulate or tamper with the data;

The correction request violates any other applicable laws; and

Any other lawful reasons deemed necessary and appropriate.
If your request is declined, you will be notified as long as permitted by any applicable laws.
